Most of my clients are from Mississauga or the surrounding areas. We train outdoors all year round. In the summer, we run through city parks and work out together as a team. We stay motivated by using different routes, trails, parks, and the school track for speed sessions and pacing/tempo training. This does not mean I do not seek clients in other areas.
Yes. I am a certified long-distance coach. In addition, I studied sports at university and have successfully worked with several athletes at all levels. Please check out the "About Me" page for more details about my biography.
Of course, you can train alone. However, my main purpose is to motivate you and develop a customized training program that fits your requirements, challenges, and goals. Additionally, I serve as your advisor. I can detect issues with your posture or if you're putting too much pressure on the wrong muscles. I can also recommend running paths and suitable exercises.
I believe in the team concept, so we stay in constant touch and meet regularly.
That is entirely up to you and depends on the time you have and your level of commitment.
